What are the payment options?
At this time only a bank transfer is available as a payment option.
What is the cost of shipping? How long will it take to receive my order?
We charge a 5€ flat shipping cost for orders under 50€. For orders above 50€, the shipping is free.
Shipping usually takes 1-2 working for Slovenia and 3-7 days EU days after the order is dispatched.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, orders are tracked. You will receive your tracking number with the invoice once the order is shipped.
Can orders be returned?
Products may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in the same condition in which it was purchased. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We will send you a voucher of the same value to use in our store.
